  • We provide a variety of services to include home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, light electrical and plumbing services, and more. To see a full list check out our Services Page.

  • M&L Quality Construction LLC is registered with the PA Office of the Attorney General. As a general contractor who only does home improvement work on 1-2 family dwellings, if requiring any special work we’ll get the permits needed or direct you to get a special service elsewhere.   • Yes we do! Contact Us and provide us with your project information in order to help us with our initial estimate. We’ll reach out to you and schedule an in person inspection to make the final estimate.

  • We try to start projects ASAP and at your convenience. We’ll work to fit you into our schedule and provide you the quickest and most efficient start time.

  • We only handle residential projects as a Home Improvement Contractor.

  • The project length depends on the size of the project and other varying factors. Once we have your project’s information, we’ll be better informed to provide you with an estimated time frame.

  • We use high-quality, industry-standard materials sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure durability, safety, and long-lasting results. Depending on the project, this may include drywall, tile, concrete, fixtures, and more. We’re also happy to accommodate specific material requests or work with products you provide, as long as they meet project requirements.

  • Yes, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services and provide warranties where applicable, depending on the type of project. Our goal is to ensure every client is confident in the durability and reliability of our work. If there’s ever an issue, we’re committed to making it right.

  • Any changes you wish to make to your project have to be determined and requested no later than 25% into the project timeline to ensure smooth progress and scheduling.
